- 12 May 1986: Nam Dinh City Urban Construction Management Company was established under the Decision No.420/QD-UB issued by Ha Nam Ninh Provincial People's Committee;

- 30 December 1992: Nam Ha Urban Construction Management Company was established under the Decision No.685/QDUB issued by Nam Ha Provincial People's Commitee;

- 12 December 2002: Nam Dinh Urban Construction Management Company was established under the Decision No.3071/QD-UBND issued  by Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee;

- 28 December 2007: Transformed into Nam Dinh Urban Construction Management One-member Limited Company;

- 07 March 2016: Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.438/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing Nam Dinh Urband Construction Management One-member Limited Company;

- 01 August 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND 18,416,170,000 under the business registration certificate No.0600001446 issued by Nam Dinh Department of Planning and Investment;

- 19 October 2016: Became a public company; 

- 28 August 2017: Traded on UPCOM market.
