- March 26, 2007: Becamex Urban Development Joint Stock Company was established under the business registration certificate No. 4603000326 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Duong Province. The initial charter capital was VND 165 billion, of which state held 51%;
- May 2008: The company has opened a concrete manufacturing plant in My Phuoc No.1 Industrial Zone;
