- May 15, 1978: Formerly known as K3 Group under the Ministry of Construction. The initial function and mission of the company is to cooperate with Laos to build and exploit gypsum in Dong Hen plaster mine, Savanakhet province, Lao People's Democratic Republic.
- January 1, 1998: The K53 delegation was transferred to the Union of Stone - Sand - Gravel Enterprises under the management of the Ministry of Construction.
- April 9, 1998: The Ministry of Construction merged Dong Ha Gypsum Supply Station, Da Nang Gypsum Reception Station of the Enterprise Supplying Cement Equipment and Supplies to K3 Group to set up the Mining Enterprise and Supply of Gypsum in Laos.
- February 12, 1993: Renamed as Cement Gypsum Trading Company under Decision 370 / BXD-TCLÐ of the Ministry of Construction.
- April 17, 2006: Transformed into Xi Mang Gyem Plaster Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND 35 billion.
- December 11, 2006: Traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
- April 18, 2008: Increased charter capital to VND 70 billion.
