- 05 May 1995: Renamed as Construction Consultation Company For Maritime Building under the Decision No.4112/QD/TCCB;

- 12 October 2004: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND07 billion;  

- 28 April 2010: Charter capital was increased to VND7.7 billion;

- 15 June 2016: Charter capital was increased to VND40.04 billion;

- 13 July 2017: Became a public company; 

- 17 January 2019: Traded on the UPCOM market;
