- 22 March 1961: Thanh Tri Brick Workshop was established;

- July 1964: Upgraded into Thanh Tri Brick Factory;

- After 1975: Renamed as Thanh Tri Building Ceramics Factory;

- 1993: Invested and constructed high-class sanitary porcelain production line with Italian advanced technology and equipment with a capacity of 75,000 pcs per year;

- 1996: Invested and constructed tunnel kiln with a capacity of 400,000 pcs per years;

- 25 March 2008: Ministry of Construction issued the Decision No.409/QD-BXD on the equitization of the Company;

- 29 April 2008: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND15 billion;

- 04 January 2017: Granted with the securities registration certificate No.03/2017/GCNCP-VSD by Vietnam Securities Depository for the first time with a registered quantity of 1.5 million shares;

- 11 April 2017: Traded on UPCOM market; 

- 25 May 2018: Charter capital was raised to VND60 billion;

- September 03, 2019: Increased charter capital to VND63 billion;
