- 01 March 2010: Haiphong Port Tugboat and Transport Joint Stock Company was established with a charter capital of VND27 billion through the equitization of Waterway Transport and Loading Enterprise under Hai Phong Port One-Member Limited Company (Now Hai Phong Port Joint Stock Company) under the business registration certificate No.0201040588 issued for the first time by Hai Phong Department of Planning and Investment;

- 29 October 2010: Became a public company under the Document No.3256/UBCK-QLPH issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 21 February 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
