- 29 August 2008: Thai Trung Steel Joint Stock Company was established on the basis of Vietnam Steel Corporation's investment and construction of the Steel Rolling Factory with a capacity of 500,000 tons per year;

- 19 July 2009: Construction of the Factory was commenced;

- 29 August 2013: The Steel rolling Factory came into operation with a capacity of 500,000 tons per year;

- 09 January 2015: Charter capital was raised up to VND508,000,001,467;

- 02 February 2015: Became a public company;
