- Before 1975, Thanh Thanh Ceramic Tile Factory, owned by a group of Chinese owners, was started construction in 1969 and put into production in 1973.
- July 1976: The company was nationalized and named Thanh Thanh Ceramic Tile Factory.
- March 27, 1995: The factory was renamed Thanh Thanh Ceramic Tiles Company with independent accounting under Decision No. 201 / BXD-TCLÐ.
- December 22, 2003: The company was transformed into a joint stock company, with the charter capital of VND 40 billion upon equitization.
- August 08, 2006: Shares of companies traded on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange.
- December 28, 2009: Listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
- January 07, 2010: Officially traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
