- 14 April 1988: Hanoi Tourist Service Company was established under the Decision No.1625/QD-UB issued by Hanoi City People's Committee; 

- 2005: Transformed into Hanoi Tourist Service State-owned One-Member Limited Company;

- October 2013: Renamed as Hanoi Tourist Service One-Member Limited Company under the Decision No.2760/QD-UBND issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;

- 29 December 2014: Hanoi City People's Committee issued the Decision No.7189/QD-UBND on approving the corporate value and plan of equitizing Hanoi Tourist Service One-Member Limited Company;

- 31 March 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with average winning bid of VND14,469 per share; 

- 15 March 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND748 billion;

- 01 March 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.1069/UBCK-GSDC issued by Vietnam Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 01 August 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
