- 30 November 1983: Renamed as Telecommunication - Signalization Enterprise No.5 under the Decision No.883/DS-TC issued by Vietnam Railway Authority;
- 01 April 1986: Renamed as Ho Chi Minh Railway of Telecommunication - Signalization Enterprise under the Decision No.124/DS-TC issued by Vietnam Railway Authority;
- 17 April 1998: Renamed as Sai Gon Railway of Telecommunication - Signalization Enterprise under Vietnam Railway Union;
- 2003: Renamed as Sai Gon Railway of Telecommunication - Signalization Company;
- 24 September 2010: Vietnam Railways Corporation issued the Decision No.1209/QD-DS on transforming Sai Gon Railway of Telecommunication - Signalization Company into Sai Gon Railway of Telecommunication - Signalization One-Member Limited Company;
- 08 January 2015: Ministry of Transport issued the Decision No.64/QD-BGTVT on approving the equitization Sai Gon Railway of Telecommunication - Signalization One-Member Limited Company;
- 09 December 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched with a successfully offered quantity of 67,500 shares and average winning bid of VND10,100 per share;
- 19 January 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND30,741,000,000;
- 02 December 2016: Became a public company;
- 18 April 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
