- 1996: Established under the name Shipping and Agency Services Enterprise based on the foundation of separation of VIETRANSCIMEX transportation enterprise, which was managed by VIETRANSCIMEX Corporation - Ministry of Transport;
- 2006: Transferred business organization and renamed to Tracimexco - Supply Chains and Agency Services Joint Stock Company with the initial charter capital of VND4.6 billion;
- 2007: Increased the charter capital to VND5.3 billion via share issue to existing shareholders with the ratio of 15%;
- 2009: Increased the charter capital to VND6.1 billion via share issue to existing shareholders with the ratio of 15%;
- 2011: Increased the charter capital to VND8.7 billion via share issue to existing shareholders with the ratio of 20%;
- 2012: Increased the charter capital to VND14.7 billion via share issue to existing shareholders and established the new headquarter at 34 Nguyen Thi Nghia, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City;
- 2014: Increased the charter capital to VND22.12 billion;
- 2015: Became a listed company and 18/09/2015 is the first trading day of the Company on Upcom, stock code: TRS.
- 01 June 2018: Increased the charter capital to VND24,39 billion;
- July 30, 2019: Increased charer capital to VND29.24 billion;
- October 15. 2019: Increased charter capital to VND30.46 billion.
- November 17, 2020: Increased charter capital to VND39.57 billion.
