- 20 September 2007: Thongnhat Flat Steel Joint Stock Company was established with a charter capital of VND200 billion;

- 2008: Commenced the construction of Thong Nhat Cold Rolled Steel Factory in Phu My I industrial park, Tan Thanh district, Ba Ria-Vung Tau province;

- July 2010: Thong Nhat Cold Rolled Steel Factory was put into operation;

- 07 May 2010: Became a public company under the Document No.1304/UBCK-QLPH issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 06 January 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
