- February 12, 1993: Ministry of Construction issued the Decision No.023A/BXD-TCLD on the establishment of Cement Technological Materials Enterprise under the Association of Cement Enterprises (Now Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation);
- September 30, 1993: Renamed as Cement Technological Materials Company under the Association of Cement Enterprises (Now Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation) under the Decision No.445/BXD-TCLD issued by Ministry of Construction;
- July 10, 1995: Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation issued the Decision No.833/TCty.HDQL on transferring Branch of Bim Son Cement Company in Hanoi and Branch of Hoang Thach Cement Company in Hanoi to Cement Technological Materials Company and assigning Cement Technological Materials Company to circulate and trade cement in Hanoi as a general agent for Hoang Thach and Bim Son Cement Companies;
- May 23, 1998: Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation issued the Decision No.606/XMVN-HDQT on transferring 02 branches of Bim Son Cement Company in Ha Tay and Hoa Binh to Cement Technological Materials Company;
- March 21, 2000: Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation issued the Decision No.97/XMVN-HDQT on transferring 04 branches of Cement Transport Materials Company in Thai Nguyen, Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho and Lao Cai to Cement Technological Materials Company;
- March 27, 2002: Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation issued the Decision No.85/XMVN-HDQT on transferring 02 branches of Cement Technological Materials Company in Ha Tay and Hoa Binh to Bim Son Cement Company to be in charge of Bim Son cement consumption;
- May 28, 2007: Minister of Construction issued the Decision No.803/QD-BXD on changing the plan of equitizing and transforming Cement Technological Materials Company into Cement Trading Joint Stock Company;
- July 02, 2007: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND60 billion;
- 2009: Listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);
- January 15, 2011: Renamed as VICEM Joint Stock Trading Corporation;
