- 21 October 1992: Thanh Le General Import Export Trading Company was established under the Decision No.89/QD – UB issued by Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee;

- 04 June 2010: Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.1611/QD-UBND on approving the plan of transforming Thanh Le General Import Export Trading Company into General Import Export Trading Corporation;

- 09 August 2017: The Prime Minister issued the Decision No.1165/QD-TTg on approving the plant of equitizing the parent company - Thanh Le General Import Export Trading Corporation; 

- 31 October 2017: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- December 08, 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;

- 02 January 2018: Transformed into Thanh Le Corporation - Joint Stock Company under the business registration certificate No.3700146458 amened for the 8th time by Binh Duong Department of Planning and Investment;
