- 19 August 1958: Hygiene Workers' Team under Thanh Hoa Town Administrative Committee was established under the Decision No. 2029/TC-CB issued by Thanh Hoa Town Administrative Committee;

- 13 June 1960: Reorganized into Hygiene Division under Thanh Hoa Town Administrative Committee thuoc under the Decision No.893 TC/CB issued by Thanh Hoa Town Administrative Committee;

- 12 June 1964: Municipal Administration under Thanh Hoa Town Administrative Committee was established through the merge of Hygiene Division, Land Office under Thanh Hoa Town Administrative Committee and Road & Cannal Maintenance Team under Department of Achitecture under the Decision No.1491 TCDC/UBTH issued by Thanh Hoa Town Administrative Committee;

- 20 June 1965: Tranformed into Thanh Hoa Town Public Works Management Company after the Town Transport Division had been merged into the Municipal Administration under the Decision No.834/QD-UBTH issued by Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee;

- 10 March 1994: Re-established and renamed as Thanh Hoa Urban Construction and Environment Company under the Decision No.206/QD-UBTH issued by Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee;

- Ngày 06/06/2010: Transformed into Thanh Hoa Urban Construction and Environment Limited Company under the business registration certificate No.2800152894 issued for the firt time by Thanh Hoa Department of Planning and Investment;

- 26 Novemer 2015: Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No. 4908/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Thanh Hoa Urban Construction and Environment Joint Limited Company into a joint stock company;

- 19 January 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at  Asia - Pacific Securities Joint Stock Company with an offered quantity of 702,200 shares and average winning bid of VND12,500 per share;

- 18 May 2016: Shareholders' meeting was organized successfully to establish Thanh Hoa Urban Construction and Environment Joint Stock Company;

- 09 June 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND32 billion;

- 25 October 2016: Charter capital was raised up to VND32,977,900,000;

- 22 December 2016: Became a public company under the Document No.8468/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 06 June 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
