- 1931 - 1953: Thanh Hoa Water Plant with capacity of 500m3/day was established and operated by French authority. Then, during Anti-French Resistance War, the Plant was discontinued;
- 1961 - 1965: Re-operated and upgraded up to capacity of 2,900m3/day;
- 1965 - 1972: Capacity was reduced as a result of war damage, only of 2,500m3/day;
- 1973 - 1975: The Plant was recovered and re-operated with capacity of 2,500m3/day;
- 02 October 1976: Expanded and upgraded up to capacity of 20,000m3/day;
- 27 December 1986: Renamed into Thanh Hoa Water Supply Company;
- 30 May 1992: Renamed into Thanh Hoa Water Supply - Drainage Company;
- 15 April 1996: Renamed into Thanh Hoa Water Company;
- 13 March 2001: Acquired Bim Son Water Plant with capacity of 7,500m3/day and then upgraded up to 10,000m3/day;
- 25 December 2001: Acquired But Son Water Plant with capacity of 750m3/day;
- 29 July 2005: Transformed into Thanh Hoa Water Company Limited;
- 29 January 2008: Acquired Quang Xuong Water Plant with capacity of 1,000m3/day;
- 16 December 2008: Acquired Rung Thong Water Plant with capacity of 5,000m3/day;
- 21 December 2009: Acquired Tinh Gia Water Plant with capacity of 700m3/day;
- 02 October 2010: Acquired Trieu Son Water Plant with capacity of 1,200m3/day;
- 23 May 2011: Acquired Cam Thuy Water Plant with capacity of 700m3/day;
- 11 November 2011: Acquired Ngoc Lac Water Plant with capacity of 1,200m3/day;
- 18 February 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with average winning bid of VND12,000 per share;
- 27 May 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND318,277,000,000;
- 29 May 2017: Charter capital was raised up to VND329,954,110,000;
- 05 October 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
