- 2004: Dinh Binh Hydropower Joint Stock Company was established with an initial charter capital of VND40 billion;

- 25 July 2004: Construction of Dinh Binh Hydropower Plant was commenced;

- 21 March 2008:  Increased the charter capital to VND72.3 billion;

- 30 May 2008: Dinh Binh Hydropower Plant with a capacity of 6.6MW was inaugurated;

- 13 July 2009: Became a public company under the Document No.1404/UBCK-QLPH issued by the State Security Commission of Vietnam;

- 20 October 2010: Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee issued the Investment Certificate No.35121000192 on the expanded work of Dinh Binh Hydropower Plant with a capacity of 3.3MW;

- 10 December 2012: Increased the charter capital to VND82.3 t? d?ng;

- 05 January 2013: Expanded Dinh Binh Hydropower Plant by supplementing and putting more 01 generating unit with a capacity of 3.3 MW into commercial operation to increase the total generating capacity to 9.9 MW;

- 19 July 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
