- 15 December 2005: Trung An Water Supply Factory  was established through reorganizing Trung An Groundwater Exploitation Factory under Ho Chi Minh City Water Supply Company under the Decision No. 336/QD-TCT-TCNS;

- 24 August 2010: Trung An Water Supply Factory was transformed into Trung An Water Supply Company Limited under the Decision No. 3744/QD-UBND issued by Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee;

- 26 August 2014: Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee issued the Decision No. 4242/QD-UBND on the approval of the plan to equitize and transform Trung An Water Supply Company Limited into a joint stock company;

- 24 October 2014: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with average winning bid of VND15,600 per share;

- 13 January 2015: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND50 billion;

- 16 April 2015: Became a public company;

- 29 July 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market;
