- 20 July 2015: Charter capital was raised up to VND23 billion;

- 17 November 2016: Charter capital was raised up to VND30 billion;

- 18 August 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.5625/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 28 November 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
