- 1964: Formerly known as Khanh Hung Water Plant, was established with an initial capacity of 3,000m3 per day and night;
- 1972: Renamed as Water Supply Center under the National Water Commission - Ministry of Public Works;
- 1992: Transformed into Soc Trang Water Supply Company when Hau Giang province was divided into Can Tho and Soc Trang;
- 01 January 2010: Transformed into Soc Trang Water Supply One-member Limited Company under the Decision No.560/QDTC-CTUBND dated 18/12/2009 issued by Soc Trang Provincial People's Committee;
- 31 July 2017: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched with an average winning bid of VND10,005 per share;
- 29 December 2017: Transformed into Soc Trang Water Supply Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND158,631,330,000 under the business registration certificate No.2200107297 amended for the 6th tiem by Soc Trang Department of Planning and Investment;
- 13 March 2018: Became a public company under the Document No.1463/UBCKNN-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);
- 06 July 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;
