- December 10, 2003: Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.3247/QD-UB on the equitization of Thai Nguyen Book Distribution Company;
- January 02, 2004: Officially transformed into Thai Nguyen Book Distribution Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND1.2 billion;
- August 25, 2008: Increased the charter capital to VND2 billion;
- December 26, 2019: Became a public company under the7757/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);
- May 31, 2019: Increased the charter capital to VND65 billion;
- March 17, 2020: Traded on the UPCOM market;
- October 27, 2020: Increased charter capital to VND195 billion.
