- 07 December 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with an average winning bid of VND10,016 per share;

- 21 January 2016: Shareholders' meeting was held for the first time;

- 01 February 2016: Put into operation under a joint stock company model with a charter capital of VND503.1 billion under the business registration certificate No.0301120371 amended for the sixth time by Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment;
