- June 30, 2004: The company changed its name to Saigon Plant Protection One Member Company Limited.

- December 27, 2007: Changed Saigon Plant Protection One Member Limited Company into Saigon Plant Protection Joint Stock Company.

- June 14, 2008: Saigon Plant Protection Joint Stock Company officially went into operation.
