- 11 September 2017: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with average winning bid of VND27,937 per share;

- 25 October 2017: Traded on UPCOM market; 

- 16 November 2017: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with charter capital of VND330 billion under the business registration certificate No.4201675916 amended for the first time by Khanh Hoa Department of Planning and Investment;

- 23 March 2018: Became a public company under the Document No.1702/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);
