- October 24, 2007: Saigon VRG Investment Corporation was established with an initial charter capital of VND250 billion by 4 founding shareholders, including Viet Nam Rubber Group, Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company, Rubber Construction Investment Joint Stock Company and Mr. Tran Cong Kha under the Business Registration Certificate No.4103008227 issued by Hochiminh City Department of Planning and Investment;

- December 10, 2008: Increased the charter capital to VND600 billion;

- November 08, 2017: Increased the charter capital to VND660,48 billion;

- May 22, 2018: Increased the charter capital to VND690,48 billion;

- January 03, 2019: Became a public company under the Document No.32/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- June 06, 2019: Traded on the UPCOM market; 

- November 02, 2020:  Increased the charter capital to VND794.05 billion;
