- November 2007: Saigon-Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company was officially established in accordance with the license no. 66/UBCK-GP of the State Securities Commission of Vietnam with the charter capital of VND 350 billion;

- February 2008: The Company became an official member of the Ho Chi Minh City's Stock Exchange and Hanoi Securities Transaction Center;

- May 2008:  Hochiminh Branch was established;

- May 2009: Charter capital was increased to VND410.6 billion;

- June 2009: Listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);

- May 2010: Charter capital was increased to VND1,000 billion;

- August 29, 2018: Charter capital was raised to VND1,053,956,740,000;
