- 1952: Usine Belgique manufactory, forerunner of the company, directly belongs to BGI group of France which specializes in producing and trading beer, ice water and others was established.
- 1977: The manufactory was taken over to Vietnam Government by BGI group and renamed as Chuong Duong Beverages Manufactory, under South Beer Company (SABECO now).
- 1993: The company renamed as Chuong Duong Beverage Company under Vietnam Beverages Corporation.
- 2004: The company renamed as Chuong Duong Beverage Company with the chartered capital of VND85 billion (51% of shares by SABECO).
- 2006: The company's shares were listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE).
