- June 05, 1998: Phu Thanh Plantation was merged into Song Be Rubber Company under the Decision No.1343/QD-UB issued by Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee;

- May 2008: Song Be Rubber Company was split into Song Be Rubber Company and Binh Phuoc Rubber Company Limited under Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee;

- July 01, 2010: Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.1492/QD-UBND on transforming Song Be Rubber Company into Song Be Rubber Company into Song Be Rubber Company Limited with a charter capital of VND129,432,440,509;

- October 25, 2018: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) at an average winning bid of VND10,002 per share;

- January 03, 2019: Officially transformed into Song Be Rubber Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND821,034,960,000 under the business registration certificate No.3800100464 amended for the 6th time by Binh Phuoc Department of Planning and Investment;

- April 23, 2019: Became a public company under the Document No.2529/UBCK-GSSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- August 08, 2019: Decreased the charter capital to VND813,961,920,000;

- November 02, 2020: Traded on the UPCOM market;
