- 20/03/2003: Renamed as Thanh Hoa Railway Management Company under the Decision No. 734/2003/QD-GTVT issued by Minister of Transport;
- 29/06/2010: Transformed into Thanh Hoa Railway Management One-Member Limited Company under the Decision No.706/QD-DS by the Board of Members of Vietnam Railways Corporation;
- 30/10/2015: Ministry of Transport issued the Decision No.3899/QD - BGTVT on approving the plan of equitizing Thanh Hoa Railway Management One-Member Limited Company under Vietnam Railways Corporation;
- 08/12/2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Tan Viet Securities Joint Stock Company with average winning bid of VND10,000 per share;
- 25/12/2015: Shareholders' meeting was held for the first time to establish Thanh Hoa Railway Joint Stock Company;
- 04/01/2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND20,859,000,000 under the business registration certificate No.2800190392 issued by Thanh Hoa Department of Planning and Investment;
- 10/11/2016: Became a public company;
