- 01/10/2010: Lao Cai Road One-member Limited Company was established under the Decision No.1060/QD-UBND dated 27/04/2010 issued by Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee on approving the plan of transforming Lao Cai Road Construction and Management Company into Lao Cai Road One-member Limited Company;
- 30/11/2015: Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.4343/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing Lao Cai Road One-member Limited Company;
- 31/12/2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was successfully launched with an offered quantity of 320,745 shares and an average winning bid of VND10,100 per share;
- 29/02/2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND11,386,890,000 under the business registration certificate No.5300216753 amended by Lao Cai Department of Planning and Investment;
