- 28 May 2007: Construction of Powerhouse under Quang Ninh Thermal Power Project No.2 was commenced;

- 12 May 2009: Generating Unit No.1 under Quang Ninh Thermal Power Project No.1 was integrated into the national power grid;

- 28 August 2009: Charter capital was raised up to VND4,500 billion;

- 02 June 2010: Generating Unit No.2 under Quang Ninh Thermal Power Project No.1 was integrated into the national power grid;

- 01 July 2011: 02 Generating Units under Quang Ninh Thermal Power Project No.1 participated in the competitive power market;

- 13 December 2012: Generating Unit No.3 under Quang Ninh Thermal Power Project No.2 was integrated into the national power grid;

- 09 September 2013: Generating Unit No.4 under Quang Ninh Thermal Power Project No.2 was integrated into the national power grid;

- 01 June 2015: 02 Generating Units under Quang Ninh Thermal Power Project No.2 participated in the competitive power market;

- 13 January 2017: Granted with the Securities Registration Certificate No.18/2017/GCNCP-VSD by Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD);

- 16 March 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
