- To construct works of tranmission lines and substations up to 220KV.

- To train the workers operating hydropower factories.

- Other fields according to the certificate of business registration.

- June 26, 2005: Que Phong Hydropower JSC, formerly known as Ban Coc Hydropower Project Management under Hanoi Construction Corporation, was set up with the initial chartered capital of VND 100 billion, being composed of 5 primary constructions working in form of BOO (Build - Ownership - Operation).

- From September 25, 2008 to September 20, 2009: The company increased the chartered capital to VND 150 billion by issuing single stocks for 64 shareholders.

- From December 31, 2009 to November 30, 2010: The company increased the chartered capital to VND 187,3 billion by issuing single stocks for 65 shareholders.

- June 3, 2011: The State Security Commission of Vietnam approved the company to go public.

- October 11, 2011: The company continued to issue 450 thousand unsold stocks for Water Electrical Mechanical Installation and Construction JSC, therefore increased the chartered capital to VND 191,8 billion. At the present: The company adjusts to decrease the chartered capital to VND 185,8 billion.

- July 11, 2014: 18.583.100 stocks of the company were firstly traded on UPCoM.
