- 22 December 2005: Renamed as Phu Yen Water Supply and Sewerage One-member Limited Company;

- 20 July 2015: Phu Yen Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.1312/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing Phu Yen Water Supply and Sewerage One-member Limited Company;

- 07 September 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) with average winning bid of VND10.044 per share;

- 10 November 2015: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of  VND236 billion;

- 22 December 2016: Became a public company under the Document No.8469/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 30 June 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;

- 28 March 2019: Charter capital was increased to VND383,981,790,000;
