- Post Printing and Telecommunication Services Joint Stock Company was formerly Chinh Nghia Printer of private enterprise. Chinh Nghia Printer was established on 1/5/1957 named Printer Factory belonging General Post Office;

- 18/9/1996:  transformed to Post Printing Factory through Head of General Post Office decision.

- 24/12/2002: Renamed as Post Printing Company;

- 28/11/2004: Equitized and renamed as Post Printing Joint Stock Company with the initial charter capital of VND 25 billion;

- 28/3/2007: the company changed registration content and named Post Printing and Telecommunication Services Joint Stock Company.
