- 1976: Phu Son Pig Breeding State Enterprise, the precursor of Phu Son Livestock Joint Stock Company, was established on a basis of a private pig farm named KYCANOCO;
- 1984: The company mergered with Dong Nai Breeding Company;
- 1994: The company splitted from Dong Nai Breeding Company to become an independent accounting company and renamed as Phu Son Pig Breeding Enterprise;
- 2005: The company changed to joint stock company, renamed as Phu Son Livestock Joint Stock Company with the initial charter capital of VND43 billion;
- 2009: Increased the charter capital to VND45 billion;
- 2010: Listed on the Unlisted Public Company Market (UPCoM);
- October 28, 2019: Increased charter capital to VND118.12 billion.
