- 1994: The company was renamed as Quang Nam-Da Nang Processing and Export-Import Company and started to export to European markets.

- 1999: The company changed its name to Viet Nam's Procimex Company (PROCIMEX).

- 2008: The company started to operate as a joint stock company with the name Viet Nam's Procimex Joint Stock Company.

- On 30/7/2013: The company's shares were listed on the Unlisted Public Company Market (UPCoM).
