- 1964: Sicovina - Phong Phu Weaving Plant was established;
- 1975: Renamed as Phong Phu Weaving Plant;
- 2007: Transformed into Phong Phu Corporation, under the model of Parent Company - Subsidiary; January 2008: Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group issued the Decision No.51/QD-TDDMVN on the equitization of Phong Phu Corporation;
- 20 February 2009: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with an initial charter captial of VND500 billion;
- 2012: Became a public company;
- 11 September 2012: Charter capital was raised up to VND625 billion;
- 17 September 2013: Charter capital was raised up to VND656.25 billion;
- 30 May 2014: Charter capital was raised up to VND733,505,810,000 through issuance of shares to acquire PPF (Phong Phu Fabric Joint Stock Company) and PPH (Phong Phu Home Textile Joint Stock Company), 2 subsidiaries of PPH. The Company also expanded business to high class laundry services by cooperating with Hirose Shokai Company (Japan) to establish Linen Supply Company and established Gia Phuc Garment Joint Stock Company;
- 23 August 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
- 05 January 2018: Charter capital was raised up to VND746,708,910,000;
