- March 26, 1970: Postal Material Plant, PMT's forerunner, was set up;

- 1996: Postal Material Plant was decided to become a member of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT);

- 2004: Minister of Posts and Telecommunication decided the conversion of Postal Material Plant into Postal Material Plant Joint Stock Company;

- 2005: Postal Material Plant Joint Stock Company official operated with initial charter capital of VND12.8 billion;

- 2006: Increased the charter capital to VND20 billion, without informing to the SSC;

- 2007: Increased the charter capital to VND50 billion;

- Ngày 22/07/2010: Shares of the company were officially traded on the Unlisted Public Company Market (UPCoM);

- June 15, 2015: The company was renamed as TELVINA Vietnam Communication Joint Stock Company.
