- November 18, 2008: Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company was established with a charter capital of VND100 billion under the business registration certificate No.0103018538 issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;
- October 2009: Nghe An Provincial People's Committee granted mining licence in Thung Hung, Chau Tien commune, Quy Hop district, Nghe An with a validity period of 5 years;
- 2010: Nghe An Branch in Thung Hung was established;
- April 2014: Invested and constructed rock exploiting workshop with a capacity of 100 tons per hours and rockchip production workshop with a capacity of 30 tons per hour in Thung Hung quarry;
- September 2014: CaCO3 production plant in Quy Hop, Nghe An came into operation with a capacity of 199,680 tons per year;
- October 2014: Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority granted issued the investment certificate for the project “Superfine CaCO3 Powder and Plastic Additives Plant” on an area of 20,000m2 at Minh Phuong Dinh Vu Industrial Park with a production capacity of 108,000 tons superfine CaCO3 powder per year;
- December 2014: Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority granted the amended investment certificate for the project “Superfine CaCO3 Powder and Plastic Additives Plant” in Minh Phuong Dinh Vu Industrial Park with a production capacity of 108,000 tons superfine CaCO3 Powder per year and 96,000 tons platic additives per year;
- September 2015: Construction of the Plant - Stage 1 was completed when 04 superfine CaCO3 powder production lines came into operation. The mining licence at Thung Hung rock quarry, Quy Hop, Nghe An was extended up to 22 years from October 2015.
- 2016: 04 CaCO3 Filler Masterbatch production lines were assembled and put into operation;
- May 05, 2017: Charter capital was raised up to VND150 billlion;
- August 11, 2017: Listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE);
- August 21, 2017: Traded on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE);
- May 23, 2019: Increased the charter capital to VND250 billlion;
- October 01, 2020: Increased the charter capital to VND400 billion;
