- 18 June 2007: Became a public company;

- March 2010: Charter capital was raised up to VND200 billion;

- 25 April 2014: Renamed as Petroleum Logistic Service and Investment Joint Stock Company;

- October 2016: Charter capital was decreased down to VND100 billion;

- 20 November 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
