- 1996: Petrolimex Information Technology and Automation Centre under Vietnam National Petroleum Corporation (Now Vietnam National Petroleum Group was established;

- 2003: Prime Minister issued the Document No.589/CP-DMDN dated 08 May 2003 on equitizing and transforming  Petrolimex Information Technology and Automation Centre in to a joint stock company;

- September 23, 2003: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND30 billion under the business registration certificate No.0101409374 issued for the first time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- May 29, 2015: Became a public company under the Document No.2707/UBCK-QLPH issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- February 22, 2016: Traded on UPCOM market; 

- July 25, 2018: Charter capital was raised up to VND39 billion;

- August 29, 2019: Cancelled the transaction registration on the UPCOM market;

- September 06, 2019: Officially traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);
