- January 14, 2004: Transformed into Petrolimex Gas Joint Stock Company under the business registration certificate No. 0103003549 issued by Hanoi Planning and Investment Department, with an initial charter capital of VND 150 billion.

- 2006: Increased charter capital to VND 200 billion;

- November 24, 2006: Officially traded on Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 2007: Increased charter capital to VND 265 billion;

- 2011: Increased charter capital to VND 344.46 billion;

- February 5, 2013: Renamed as Petrolimex Gas Corporation - Joint Stock Company;

- 2013: Increased charter capital to VND 502.87 billion;

- 2015: Increased charter capital to VND 603.42 billion;
