- 29 December 2010: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched;

- 19 May 2011: Tranfomed into PETEC Trading and Investment Corporation (PETEC) operating under the model of a joint stock company;

- 09 January 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.119/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- 05 November 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;
