- 03 August 2006: Petroleum Information Technology Telecom and Automation Centre was established under the Decision No.2092/QD-DKVN issued by Management Board of Vietnam Oil and Gas Corporation;

- 21 July 2008: Management Board of Vietnam Oil and Gas Corporation issued the Decision No.1648/QD-DKVN on establishing Petroleum Information Technology Telecom and Automation One-Member Limited Company;

- 25 December 2008: Management Board of Vietnam Oil and Gas Corporation issued the Decision No.3160/NQ-DKVN on approving the plan of establishing Petroleum Information Technology Telecom and Automation Joint Stock Company;

- 16 February 2009: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND34,267,100,000;

- 03 November 2011: Charter capital was raised up to VND42,352,900,000;

- 05 October 2015: Became a public company under the Document No.6299/UBCK-QLPH;

- 23 January 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
