- April 08, 1997: Nhon Trach Water Enterprise was established under the Decision No.03/XD.QD issued by Dong Nai Department of Construction; 

- September 24, 2007: Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No. 3059/QD -UBND on approving the plan of transforming Nhon Trach Water Enterprise in to a joint stock company;

- February 14, 2008: Officially transformed into Nhon Trach Water Supply Joint Stock Company under the business registration certificate No.4703000498 issued for the first time by Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment;

- September 04, 2012: Traded on the UPCOM market with a charter capital of VND50 billion;

- 2016: Increased the charter capital to VND75 billion;

- 2017: Increased the charter capital to VND100 billion;
