- 14 May 1992: Renamed as Nha Trang Textile Company;

- 02 December 2005: Ministry of Industry issued the Decision No.3956/QD-BCN on approving the plan and transforming Nha Trang Textile Company into Nha Trang Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company;

- 08 August 2006: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company uiwth a charter capital of VND185 billion under the business registration certificate No.3703000219 issued for the first time by Khanh Hoa Department of Planning and Investment;

- 25 June 2007: Became a public company;

- 27 December 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
