- 1960: Tien Phong Plastic Factory was established with 4 main workshops.

- April 29, 1993: The company changed to Tien Phong Plastic Company.

- 30/12/2004: Officially transformed into Tien Phong Plastic Joint Stock Company under the business registration certificate No. 0200167782 issued by Hai Phong Department of Planning and Investment.

- October 24, 2006: Listed Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with a charter capital of VND 216 billion.

- December 11, 2006: Traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX)

- 2011: Increased charter capital to VND 433 billion.

- 2014: Increased charter capital to VND 536 billion.

- June 23, 2017: Increased charter capital to VND 892.40 billion.

- November 15, 2019: Increased charter capital to VND981.63 billion.

- July 29, 2020: Incrased charter capital to VND1,177.96 billion.
