- 17 February 1978: Dong Nai Livestock Company was established under the Decision No.97/QD/UBT issued by Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee;

- 04 February 2005: Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.761/QD-CT-UBT on the approval of the plan to equitize Dong Nai Livestock Company;

- 29 August 2005: Transformed into Dong Nai Agricultural Livestock Product Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND56.55 billion under the business registration certificate No.4703000269 issued by Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment;

- 10 November 2016: Charter capital was increased to VND102,639,420,000 under the business registration certificate No.3600267730 amended for the 7th time by Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment;

- 19 September 2018: Became a public company under the Document No.63/22/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- 30 October 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;
