- 05 October 1996: Put into operation under the business registration certificate No.0100106088 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 13 July 2010: Transformed into Hanoi Water Supply Number 2 One-member Limited Company under the Decision No.3464/QD-UBND issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;

- 31 December 2014: Hanoi City People's Committee issued the Decision No.7303/QD-UBND on approving the corporate value and equitization of Hanoi Water Supply Number 2 One-member Limited Company;

- 20 May 2015: Shareholders' Meeting was held for the first time to establish Hanoi Water Supply Number 2 Joint Stock Company;

- 20 March 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with a successfully offered quantity of 850,000 shares;

- 26 June 2015: Put into operation under a joint stock company model with a charter capital of VND568 billion under the business registration certificate No.0100106088 amended for the fourth time by Hanoi City People's Committee;

- Since 30 November 2016: Traded on UPCOM market;
