- 28 November 1992: Transformed into Quang Tri Water Supply and Drainage Company under the Decision No.742QD/UB issued by Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee;

- 08 June 2007: Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee  issued the Decision No.1214/QD-UBND on approving the plan of Quang Tri Water Supply and Drainage Company into Quang Tri Water Supply and Construction One-Member Limited Company;

- 19 November 2007: Put into operation under a model of one-member limited company under the business registration certificate No.3200041908 issued by Quang Tri Department of Planning and Investment;

- 05 November 2015: Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.2435/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming  Quang Tri Water Supply and Construction One-Member Limited Company into a joint stock company;

- 22 December 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with a successfully offered quantity of 21,300 shares and an average winning bid of VND10,000 per share;

- 01 April 2016: Put into operation under a model off a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND179,592,270,000;

- 09 September 2016: Charter capital was raised up to VND182,332,690,000 under the Decision No.2139/QD-UBND issued by Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee;
